How long have you been in business?

What is your primary product or service?
Providing Custom Automation Solutions; we utilize six axis Fanuc Robots when applicable with vision to reduce labor costs. Systems range from very small to very large; some with robots (flexible automation) and some without (hard automation).
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been in the plastics industry now for over 20 years and recognized the need for automation; since then we have expanded into all types of industries utilizing the flexibility of the Fanuc robots.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a smaller company with great expertise; because of our experience and low overhead we can be very competitive and come up with great solutions for our customers.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have two locations; one is our corporate location in Bloomington, MN and the other is in Elk River, MN where the automation is done. We do have plans to move into a larger facility within the next year.

What type of payments do you accept?
We typically receive a purchase order and then we invoice according to the contract agreement; we are also looking at accepting credit card payments. We have certain accounts set up where the payments are done electronically into our account with an e-mail alerting when payment will be transferred.

Myself (Steve Upton) and Randy Larson; I run the day to day operation.
What are your hours of operation?
24 hour support service with typically someone at the office from 6:30am to 6:00pm Monday thru Friday.
