How long have you been in business?
Business was started in 1983.
What is your primary product or service?
Home Remodeling and Design. All types of Home Improvents from windows, roofing and siding to whole home remodels. We also have Insurance Restoration and Painting Divisions that have there own managers.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I worked as a carpenter during weekends and summers while in highschool and college. After getting a Business Administration degree at Bethel University I sold Insurance for a year but Construction was a more natural fit. 26 years later we are really good at Remodeling.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our expert design service influences every remodeling project as we understand that it is the design that makes the difference. There are many contractors that can follow plans and cut mitres tight but there are very few who have the experience and ability to have a creative vision for a great project. A poor design can devalue a projects resale by 50% or more.
What type of payments do you accept?
We typically stage our payments in proportion to the work being done. We have great options to help our clients with financing and sometimes some finance specials. We will take credit card payments for design deposits and small jobs
Which areas do you service?
We serve the entire 7 county Twin Cities metro area. We do on occasion travel to outstate Minnesota for projects that are a good fit, such as a lake home or other project where great design is essential to the success of the project.
