How long have you been in business?
I have been in business for 32 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Portrait photography--specializing in pet photography.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I became interested in my line of work when I attended HTC in Brooklyn Park (1976 to 1978) The course was titled Audio-Visual Technology and I specialized in photography.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am one of the premier pet photographers in the Twin Cities and I have a strategic partnership with Chuck and Don's Pet Food Outlet which has 17 stores in Minnesota.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location which I have been at for 23 years. I have no plans to expand--my studio serves me very well.
Provide detailed directions to your location
I am approximately 3 miles south of downtown Minneapolis off of 35W. Take the 46th street exit and go east 1/2 mile to Chicago Ave. Take a right and go 2 blocks. I am on the right side and my address is 4804 Chicago Ave.
What type of payments do you accept?
I accept all major credit card, check and cash.
Which areas do you service?
The 7 county metro area.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I own the company and run the daily operations.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday thru Thurs 9am to 6pm--Friday 9am to 3pm--Saturday by appointment.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Your pet portraits look like paintings!
