How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
In 2984, our founder completed a landmark study that researched business to business companies and their lead follow up procedures. What we found is that leads are not followed up on in a timely fashion or in the manner in which the customer would like. From there Joe Lethert found Performark to combat the struggles that companies face to follow up on leads.
