Southside Heating and Air Conditioning has been in business since 1978.

Southside offers heating and cooling options to make you come completely comfortable.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Bob has been working in heating, cooling, and refrigeration in one shape or another since coming to Blooomington. He determined early on that he wanted to better service the public, and to do that he needed to open his own business under his own ideals.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Southside uses 100% NATE certified technicians to ensure properly installed and serviced equipment. Southside works to constantly improve the satisfaction level of our customers by improving our knowledge of HVAC equipment and practices with continuing education. Southside answers all of our customers calls with an employee of the company to ensure you speak with someone with the necessary knowledge and skill to determine your needs and offer the best solution possible.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Southside has one main office in Bloomington; our trucks service much of the surrounding area.

Bob Siefert is the founder and president of Southside Heating and still runs the company both at the office and from his home with his wife Betty.

Office hours are from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, but our phone is always answered by an employee of the company in case of emergency service.
