How long have you been in business?
This is our 16th year.
What is your primary product or service?
CD / DVD / Blu-ray disc and USB stick custom printing and duplication.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I grew up listening to CDs and watching DVDs and become interested in the technology behind custom printing and mass producing the discs.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We believe in over-the-top customer service and pride ourselves on our quick, professional project turnaround times.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Just one in Bloomington (at the intersection of hwy 494 and hwy 169). No plans for expansion at this time.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We are located at the northeast corner of hwy 169 and hwy 494. Directly across 169 from the Vikings headquarters at Winterpark.
What type of payments do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discovery, Paypal, check and cash.
Which areas do you service?
We customers in all 50 states as well as Canada and Latin America. But we do focus on the twin cities as well as Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinios and the Dakotas.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
It is a family business
What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Friday 8am to 5:30pm. And weekend by appointment.
