NEC Digital and VoIP Telephone Systems, Cloud and Semi Cloud based Telephone Systems
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Employees at Central Telephone Sales and Service average over 15 years not just in the industry but with Central Telephone Sales and Service. We are eager to learn new products to satisfy the needs of our existing and new customers. We have a strong belief in Customer Service and will do what is necessary.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our business was built based on service. When we started, our goal was to build a strong set of "roots" and expand from there. Service and Customer Service is still the reason for our success.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location in Plymouth and do not plan to have other locations. Our National Dealer Networks allow us to work with National Companies. Because of this, we can offer Sales, Installation, Support and Service regardless of a clients location.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, Check, Visa or Mastercard. We also work with many leasing and financing companies.
Which areas do you service?
Our main focus is the 7 county metro (Mpls/St Paul) area. But, as mentioned above, we are able to provide business telephone systems anywhere. We have systems in many states plus international locations.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The owners of Central Telephone Sales and Service are the people who run the daily operation. We are available for all of our customers and vendors.
What are your hours of operation?
Our general offices are open 8 to 4:30pm. Our service department never closes; we are available for service 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
