Started the company almost 20 years ago. Have served organizations from Hawaii to Boston.
What is your primary product or service?
We help organizations adapt to change by providing one-on-one coaching, leadership development, and strategic and organization change management consulting.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Was psychologist, human resources executive before starting the practice. Became interested when realized that making change, growing, adapting to changing market circumstances does not have to be difficult.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
80% of new initiatives fail to achieve their expectations. Developed process for making change that takes the mystery, fear, and much of the politics out by providing new language and methods that help people work on the right stuff and to successfully undertake the work for which they have never been trained.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Work across the country.
