What is your primary product or service?
I am an enthusiastic realtor specializing in condo's and lofts in the downtown Minneapolis area! I also work with buyers to find their perfect home in the suburbs.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always been interested in real estate, beginning with "staging" homes for sale and now in helping people sell and buy.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I will use every means to sell a home and I believe in communication, even when there's nothing new to communicate! There's nothing worse than to have your home listed and not hear ANYTHING from your realtor...it feels like you've been forgotten. A simple phone call saying "just checking in to see if you have any questions" let's your clients know they're important, because they ARE!
Which areas do you service?
I specialize in downtown condo's and loft's but I also service the surrounding suburbs, including southern suburbs like Savage, Prior Lake, Burnsville, and Lakeville. I always research areas that I am not personally familiar with to make sure schools and neighborhoods fit the needs of my clients.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Keller Williams, one of the fastest growing Real Estate Brokers in the United States! You see their signs everywhere!
