LOYAL LOCKSMITH

A HORRIBLE experience!! I moved into a new house and called to get the locked changed. I got an estimated starting at $35 (with a $15 service fee) and made a an appointment for 10am. The "locksmith" showed up (discovered he was sub-contractor and not an actual employee of Loyal Locksmith, which was disappointing and he proceeded to simply change the doorknobs, which was something I could have gone to Home Depot and done myself. He then charged me $185 I called and spoke with manager Jessica (who has ZERO customer service skills) and told her that I was unhappy because I did not get a locksmith, but rather a doorknob changer. I had a pretty unpleasant and unhelpful conversation with her where she basically told me that it was too bad and that there was nothing she could do to help, including sending someone out to fix one of the doorknobs that they didn't install correctly (of course she offered to send someone out if I paid an additional cost for it! Warning to others - GO ELSEWHERE!!
