How long have you been in business?
We started in 1991 as a painting company. Soon our clients asked us to do some drywall, then carpentry. Over the years we ended up doing more and more types of work for our clients. We ended up becoming a general contractor and are licensed in an ever growing number of states.
What is your primary product or service?
General contracting for existing buildings.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
90% of our work comes from repeat customers. We have structured our business to ensure that every single project goes well because our next project depends on it.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We operate from one location but our customers are nationwide. We have worked in 38 states in the past 2 years.

We are located in the SE corner of Minnetonka, next to Eden Prairie and Edina. We are off the Londonderry - Bren Road exit.
What type of payments do you accept?
Checks only.

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Our company is employee owned. We have a production manager, safety officer, book keeper, 8 project managers, 7 site supervisors, sales manager, etc.
